The Information of Francis Palmer< no role > Taken upon Oalls
before me Rupert Clarke< no role > Esqr . one of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in for the said County this 30th. day of November
1789.

This Informant upon his Oath saith that
on [..] Friday night between the hours of Eleven
and Twelve he saw that his doors and Windows were locked
and fastened he them went to bed, and about Six, oClock in
the Morning of Saturday he heard a Noise in the lower part of
the house who immediately get up went in search and
found a Window broke and a door forced open in his back
Kitchen and upon Searching missed Two [..] Pewter
Dishes, he then had reason to suspect two Women of Suspicious
Character, and Sent his boy in Pursuit of them, who brought
this Informant Information that they went to an Iron Shop
the Corner of Jacobs Court< no role > Turnmill Street , he then Immediately
went to the said house and Accused the Master of the house
wills heaving bought two Pewter Dishes his Property who denied having the same but being cold the [..]
[..] the Persons was in Custody who stole [..] he conducted this Informant to the back
Part of the house were he found his Property And this
Informant further upon his Oath saith that he hath every
Reason to believe and suspect that the prisoners George
Browne
< no role > and Joseph Wallis< no role > were the Persons who feloniously
took and Carried away the said dishes. And further saith
that Thomas Penton< no role > feloniously received the said Property
knowing them to have been Stolen
