Haywood Esquire of No: 5 old Buildings
Lnicolns Inn taken before thois 12th.
Day of November 1789

Who being upon Oath saith that on Sunday the 5th:
of July last about 12 o' Clock at Noon as this Informant
And Mr Russell his Friend wer going our Tinchley
Common in a post Chaise they were attack 'd by Two
Highwaymen on House back who demanded then money
and robb'dthemthis Informant of a Brown Silk purse containing Six Guinea
and some Silver, a Metal Watch steel Chain and Four Seals
Set in Gold, a Moroces Tweezer Case and a pen Knife and Scissors
and a Copper Imperial CoinThat at the Time of the
Robbery one of said Highwaymen told this Informant
that he Knew who he was and where he was going or Words
to that Effectthat during the Robbery the Mask of One of
said Highwaymen blew up which gave this Informant an
Opportuinty of seeing one side of his face that he hath carefully
considered the person of D'Arcy Wentworth< no role > now Present [..]
from his Voice and appearance altogether and from his being
in Company with him some time ago at York he verily beleives
him to be one of said Highwaymen who Robb'd him as
aforesaid

And this Informant further saith that upon the said Highwaymen
leavng them after the Robbery this Informant observed to the said Russell
that if he his Informant was contained of D'Arcy Wentworth< no role > being act of the Kingdom he [..]
should have thought one of them to have been him
