Country; and that if this Examinant would
accompany him he would see him paid That he
walk'd with him the said Newman riding the
Horse to Hyde Park corner
, where, said Newman
ask'd him "if the Horse could trot:" and tolled in
very fast, desiring this Examinant to come to
him at the Fulham Bridge
. That when this
Examinant came to the Fulham Bridge
he
could neither find said Newman nor said Man,
nor could he learn that they had been there
That he enquired if said Man had any Horses then
to go into the County, when he was informed in
the Negative; and further Says that from all
the foregoing Circumstances, he does suspect
and believe that, the said Man and said Newman,
were concerned together in feloniously stealing
his Masters Horse as aforesaid.
