Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said John
Williamson< no role >
for himself says that in consequence of an Information
he receive did been robbed of some Shirts by his Footboy he
Applied for a Search Warrant and by virtue of Such Warrant
he searched the Lodgengs of Thomas Upton< no role >
now present at

when he found the pieces of
one of his Shirts now produced and further says that three other
Shirts now produced by Henry dixon< no role >
and John Shallard< no role >
he is
very sure are his property and believes they were stolen ley
his Said Footboy and doth also believe and suspect That said
Thomas Upton< no role >
hath feloniously received his said from
Shirts knowing them to have been stolen and the said
Patrick Mc Manner< no role >
for himself says that the two Duplicates
Now produced he found in the Lodging of said Thomas upton< no role >
And the said John Shallard< no role >
for himself says that the shirt
now produced by him he this Morning found in the
Possession of a Woman who Keeps a Green Cellar in
Windmill Street
and that said Thomas Upton< no role >
went with
him to find it And the said Henry Dixon< no role >
for himself says
that on the 13th of July last one of this Shirts now produced by
him with the mark taken out was pawned with him by said
Upon for half a Crown And that on the 17th. of July the other
thirt now produced by him was pawned by said Uptins wife
for half a Crown
