taken before me this 14th. day of January 1785

Who being on Oath say and first the said Hans Christian Arrhenius
says that on Saturday Night last between 10 and 11 o'Clock as he
this Informant (in Company with his Wife) were [..] returning
from Covent Garden Theatre
. to their Carriage, they were Surrounded
by several Men who thrusted violently against them and by force
and Violence Snatched this Informant's Watch new produced
out of his Pocket, together with one Gold Seal,anda Gold Bed
Hook and his Silk Handkercheif. And the said Joseph Littler< no role >
says that the Watch now produced was Pawned at Mr. Jones's
shop in Fleet Street
on Monday evening last, as he verily [..]
beleives, by a Person now present who calls himself William
Channing< no role >
. And the said William Walker< no role >
says that he is very
sure that William Channing< no role >
now present is the Person who Pawned
the Watch now produced at said Mr.. Jones's Shop on Monday
evening last for One pound eleven Shillings and Sixpence.
