Indicted for Murder.

Take Notice that the said William Forsyth< no role > did this day Surrender himself
in open court at the present Session of Goal Delivery of Newgate holden for the County of
Middlesex at Justice Hall in the Old bailey in order to take his Trial on the Indictment
against him for the Murder of Sarah scott< no role > during the present Session and there fore the said
Court will be moved tomorrow at Eight of the Clock in the Morning that the said William
Forsyth< no role > may then he tried And you and the rest of the Witnesses on behalf of the
presecution are then to Attend to give Evidence against the said William Forsyth< no role > . Dated
the 21st. Day of September 1784.
