says that about 5 oClock last Night left a Bay Mare
Bridle and Saddle in the Care of said John Hinds< no role >
at the Door
of the Free Masons Tavern in Great Queen Street
Lincolns
Inn
fieldsThat in about an hour and half he returned
when he found that the said John Hinds< no role >
was gone away
with said MareThe said John Hinds< no role >
says that about
6 oClock last Night about 6 oClock a person now present who
calls himself Samuel Newton< no role >
came out of said Free Masons
Tavern and asked this Informant "how long he had been there
with his [..] Masters Horse"to which this Informant replied
an hour and halfThat said Samuel Newton< no role >
then gave
this Informant three pence half penny, said it was all his
Master had ordered him to give him and took hold of the
said Mare and led it away, at which time a Saddle and
Bridle was upon herThe said John Markland< no role >

himself says that about 7 oClock last Night the said Samuel
Newton< no role >
brought to this Informants Masters Yard the said
Bay Mare and a Bridle but not Saddle and said he
found her Strayed away on which he gave him one
shillingAnd the said Edward Watson< no role >
