You being bound over to appear at the
Session held in December lak, to give Evidence against
John Bowte< no role > [..] ll and not appearing according to
the Condition of your Recognizance for that Purpose, it became
forfeited, 3rd [..] be estreated into the Court of Exchequer , in
order to the issuing of Proce [..] thereon against you, for levying
the Penalty; unless prevented by Appearance and proper Applica-
tion, to stay Proceeding thereon at the next Session, which will
being at Justice-Hall, in the Old-Bailey , on Wednesday the 29th.
