Who being upon Oath say and first the said Mary
Crock at says that two Gowns now produced are this Informants
property and were stolen out of this Informants House last
Night between the hour of five and Six o ClockThe said Sarah

says that this morning about twelve o Clock a person now
present who calls herself Mary Shepherd< no role >
came to this
Informants Lodging and requested her to Iron the said two
Gowns and to get the said Martha Eaton< no role >
to pawn the same
And the said Martha Easton< no role >
says that at the Request
of the said Sarah Spiller< no role >
she this morning about ½ past
12 o Clock pawned one of the said two Gowns for nine shillings
with the said Robert Oxford< no role >
and that on attempting
to pawn the other Gown she was stopped by the said

And the said Robert Oxford< no role >
says that
the said Martha Eaton< no role >
pawned with him one of said
Gowns for nine shillings as aforesaidAnd the
said Thomas Brown< no role >
says that the said Martha Eaton< no role >
offered to Pledge with this Informant the other Gown on
which he stopped her and took her into Custody
