Who being Upon Oath saith and first
this Informt. Charles Fountain< no role >

himself saith that on Tuesday the 21st.
of January inst he sent the other Informt.

to get Change for a Golden
Guinea the Current Coin of this Kingdom
he presently returned and said he coud
not get change, James Pearson< no role >
for
himself saith that he put the Guinea
down upon the Table when he saw
a person now present who calls
himself William Byron< no role >
take the
said Guinea from the Table and
lastly Hans. Burgomaster saith that
he saw the said William Byron< no role >
have the aforesd Guinea between
his Teeth and verily believes that
he swallowed it to prevent detection
