Thomas Parsons< no role > of Grays Inn in the County of
Middlesex maketh Oath That he this Deponent did on the
Thirteenth day of this Instant January Serve Mr Chamberlayne< no role >
Solicitor for the Prosecution in this Cause with a Notice in
Writing that the Court of Session of Oyer and Terminer and
General Goal Delivery of Newgate to be holden at Justice
Hall in the Old Bailey in and for the County of Middlesex
on Wednesday the fifteenth day of January Instant would be
moved on that day or as soon after as Councel could be heard,
that the Recognizance Entered into by him the said Defendant
at the last December Sessions might be Respited Quo usque Etc
By delivering such Notice to the said Mr Chamberlaynes
Clerk at his the said Mr Chamberlaynes Chambers in
Lincolns Inn And this Deponent Saith that no Notice has
been given to the said Defendant by the said Mr Chamberlayne
or any other person to Appear upon his Recognizance at this
present Session to the knowledge or belief of this Deponent
