who goes by the Name Sawvel and that he knows the Lodgings
of the said Levy otherwise Sawvell to be facing the Three Jolly
Blades in Petticoat Lane
That onaboutSaturday Evening the 9th..
day of February instant about seven oClock he saw the said
Levy als. Sawvel stop with the [..] Hackney Coach No. 259 (which he
was then driving) fronting his Lodgings in Petticoat Lane
aforesaid
That he saw him bring a Trunk from the Coach and carry the same
up Stairsand in about ten Minutes after he saw him drive
histhe said Coach away and put the same on a Stand in
Aldgate High Street
And the said John Ord< no role >
for himself further
says, that from the above, as well as other Circumstances, he
doth verily believe that the said Solomon Levy< no role >
stole his said
Trunk and Carravan Box
