Who being upon Oath say and first the said John Palmer< no role >
for himself
says that on Saturday the 28th. day of October last a Coat and a
pair of Stockings his property were stolen out of his room in the
House of the said Dorothy Burn< no role >
, and the Said Dorothy Burn< no role >
for
herself says that on the Said 28th. day of October last she saw [..]
person now present who calls himself Thomas Codd go away with
a blue Coat from her house which she believes was the property
of the said John Palmer< no role >
, and these Informants further say that
they do verity believe the Said Thomas Codd< no role >
did feloniously
steal the Said Coat and Stockings
