this Informant saysthat he saw the Dust Dirt
& paper arise between the Legs of the sd. John
Mackerall but whether the said Pistol was Loaded
with Balls or Shot he cannot tell
And this Informant Chas. Ward for himself
saith that this afternoon in Newtoners Street
he heard an Outery of Stop Thief and saw the

went up to this Assistance the sd. Addington
declared that he would Shoot the first Man who
came up to him this Informt then saw him
drew the Pistol drow produced out of his Breast
& Fire it & as he believes was fired at the
said John Mackerall this Informt. saw
the Dust beat up near the sd. John Mackerall
but what the said Pistol was Loaded either wth Ball or shot
this Informant cannot to be & after the sd. Addington
had fired the Pistol some person said to him
You William Would you Shoot the Man
& he with an Imprecation say'd that he
would do it again
