Saithbeing now
brought before me & charged with feloniously
Stealing several Trusses of Hay the property of
James Barwick< no role >
Esqr. Saith
That last Monday se'night he took a loads of Hay the
property of James Barwick< no role >
Esqr. from Waltham
Holy
Cross in the County of Essex
to one Mr. Westory in the Borough
Southwark
and that he took Two Trusses more than the said two
load from the [..] Stack of the said James Barwick< no role >
Esqr. and
that he sold those two Trusses of Hay for Two shillings one to Thomas
the other at the Basing house & another to a Stranger at Shoreditch
in Middlesex
and that the gave George Bosworth< no role >
the Boy who assisted
him in driving one of the said loads to London Six pence out of the
said Two shillings and further thatinfor some Months past
since he hath worked for Mr. Barwick he hath made a practice
of the king a Truss of Hay more than the load in every load of
Hay which he took to London for the said James Barwick< no role >
andfor his own benefit
