The Information of William Duncan< no role >
taken before me this 18th. day of March 1772

Who being upon Oath says that on Saturday the 12th. of October 1771 he
inclosed two Bank Notes now produced Viz one of them No. B 129 for
£20 payable to Messrs. I & T Contts Bearer dated 10th. Sepr. 1771 the
other No. H 202 for £20 payable to John Drummond< no role > Esqr. & Co. or
Bearer dated 28th. Sepr. 1771 in a Letter directed to Mr. Wm. Larkin< no role >
Puckeridge Herts< no role > and put the said Letter sealed up into the General
Post Office in Lombard Street , and further says that he also
inclosed a third Bank Note now produced Viz No. B 51 for £5020
payable to Mess I & J Contts or Bearer dated 8th. April 1771 in
the said Letter with the other two Notes and put the said Letter sealed
up into the said Post Office
