And Then Informant with One Clark who he did not
Know before Got the Deceased Out of the Water again
That after he was Out the Mob Came so strong That
Informant was forced to get away and left the Deceased
on the GroundThat Informant went again to him in
a few Minutes but could get no Assistance (except said
Clark) So that Informant Left him againThat before
he Died he set up on his Backside a little while and
wiped his Wounds with his HandsThat his Head was
all of a MummyBelieves he Died in about a Quarter
of an hour after he came out of the Pond the last time
And that Said Clarke stood by him all the time
Saith the Drayman who Whipped the Deceased Drove a
Carravan for Mr. Thornton of white Lyon Yard Brewer
as Informant Believes But that he Left his Place the
next DayHis Christian Name is Harry But that he
knows not his Sir Name And Thinks he should not Know
him again Saith he Looks on him to be high Six Feet high
And Saith he does not know any One other Person
Who did any thing against the Deceased
