That as soon as the Deceased was out he sat on his
Backside a few Minutes And then fell on his Back
That All his Cry was Calling on God and to Go Home
That he spoke very thick and Ground sadlyThat he Died
at the said of the Pit in about a Quarter of an hour after
he was taken OutInformant Saw him fetch the last
BreathThat after he was Out of the PondOne Man
and was lying Down One Man said to Another Put Your
Foot upon his [..] Head. But there was nothing done to him
by any of them after he Came outThat the Mob (when
they Saw he was Dead) DispersdSaith that Out of all
the Persons that Informant Saw throw at the Deceased or
do anything else to him he cannot fix upon any by Name
Nor does he Know where they LiveBelieves he might
Know some of them again if he was to See them
Saith be Believes the Deceased was in the Gravel Pit about
an hour and an half
