The Information of William Moulds< no role >
John Trinquent< no role > and James Pomroy< no role > &
Charles Watrom< no role >
taken before me One of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County

Who Severally being upon Oath say And first
this Informant William Moulds< no role > for himself saith
that two Persons now present who call themselves
Martin Mc.Guire< no role > & James Jackson< no role > were at this
Informants House who is a Publican in Dyot
Street St. Giles's on Saturday night last and Sat in his Back Kitchen
and Drank two Pots of Beer and departed from
thence about 12 o'Clock at Night and just before
the abovenamed Mc. Guire & Jackson departed
this Informant fastened the Window of his Kitchen
but Missing the Iron Key belonging to the pin of
the Window he cut a Stick to make it fast and
fastened it accordingly, and at that time he observed
Jackson was Attention to what he was doing they
both Went away and this Informant went to
Bed, and about Seven o'Clock the Next Morning
he got up. & found the Shutter of the said Kitchen
Window Open three Panes of Glass Broke in the
Casement and the Casement Open and the followg
things Stolen Vizt. a Copper a Tea Kettle a
Brass Cover for a pot and two Copper Cover and a
Copper Vessel and saith that having a Suspicion
that the said Jackson & Mac Guire were the
Persons who Broke Open his House he
Apprehended them by a warrant and they both
declared that they took the Piece of Wood out of
the Iron Pin before they went out of they House
and about two o'Clock at the Morning they Broke
into the Kitchen and took the abovementioned
things and Carried them about Six o'Clock
[..] the same Morning to the House of John
Trinquent in Great East Street St. Gilese
where they left them & Mac Guire declared
