taken before me this 28th. day of Decr. 1766

Who being upon Oath says that on Saturday Night last
about ten o'Clock being in the Margniss of Grandby in Charles
Street Covent Garden he went down Stairs into the Necessary
when h [..] was presently followed by a Person now present
who calls himself James Davis< no role > , says said Davis
seized him by the Coller and feloniously took from his
Person four Shillings and six pence in Silver and some
Half pence, says he had in his Coat Pocket ten Eggs, that
two of them were broke and one Missed
