The Informations of Sarah Newsham< no role > John Herring< no role >
and Amey Giles< no role > taken before me one of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the Sd County

Who being Severally on Oath say and first the Sd: Sarah
Newsham for herself saith that on Tuesday Evening last
this Informt: upon Examining a Box in the House of Thomas
Creswell
< no role > her Brother found Stolen out of the said Box a pair
of Streets a Gown and a Pettycoat And this Informt: did
Suspect a person now prefect who calls herself Cath:
Tracy and this Informt: caused the Sd. Catharine to be
Apprehended and the Sd Cath: Confessed the Stealing the Sd.
the Said things and told this Informt: that the Sd Streets
were Pawned with the Sd. John Herring< no role > and the Sd. Gown
and Pettycoat were Pawned with the said Amy Giles &
this Informt: Saith that a pair of Streets a Gown and a
Pettycoat now produced are [..] the Property of this Informt
and Stolen as aforesaid And the Sd: John Herring< no role > for
himself Saith that on the 11th of December last the Sd
Cath Tracy pawned one of the Sd. Streets and on the 19th day
of the Sd. Month the Sd Tracy Pawned the Other And the
Sd Amy Giles for herself saith that the Sd. Tracy pawned
with this Informt: the Sd gown on the 27 December last and on the 2d day of
Janry the Sd: Tracy pawned with this Informt the Said
Pettycoat.
