touching the Death
James Jolly< no role >
taken and acknowledged
this Sixteenth day of December 1755
Who. Saith that on Wednesday the 10th. day of this Instant
December the said James Jolly< no role >
came into St George's Hospital
at
Hyde Park corner
.
That when he Examined the deced he found a small wound on
the fore part of the Head which did not expose the Scull, there was
a Violent Inflammation and Swelling
The wound cover'd with a Sticking Plaister, which Confined
a Quantity of Matter in the wound, which (very Probably) together
with a bad habit of Body) may Account for the Preceding
Inflamation and SwellingWhen the Internal parts of
the Head were Examined the Scull was not Fractured nor was there
any appearance of Violence on the Brain or it's Appendages.
