Walter one of the CORONERS of our said LORD the KING for the said County,

day of May instant rideing furiously along Chiswell
Street
in the Parish and County aforesaid It so happened
that being some what Intoxicated with Liquor he accidentally
Casually fill from such Horse down to and upon the Ground
and then and thereby received divers merial Bruises of
which he instantly Died
IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said CORONER as
the said
