, by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, KING, Defender of
the Faith, Etc. before

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Robert
Burrows came to h is Death, Do upon their Oath say, That The said Robert
Burrows on the Fifteenth Day of July in the year aforesaid being riding
in a certain Cart Loaded with Hay which was then passing along the Kings
Highway
in the Parish and County aforesaid And being on the Top of
the said Hay It so happened That he the said Robert Burrows then
and their accidentally casually and by Misfortune fell from thence to and upon
the Ground By Means whereof the Neck of him the said

was then and there broken and dislocated Of which said Breaking and Dislocation he

their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said
