and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said

Walker on the Twenty Ninth Day of December in the Year aforesaid
being in the King Highway in the Parish and County aforesaid And a
a Stain, Waggon called The Gloucester
Carrier then passing along the said
Highway. It so happened That the said Waggon did then and there
accidentally, casually and by Misfortune beat the said

to the Ground And the Fore off wheel thereof Did then and there pass upon
and Oder the Body of him the said

By Means whereof he

did then and there receive diver Mortal Bruises
of which said Mortal Bruises he the said

there Died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid accidentally
casually and by Misfortune Came to his Death
and That the said Fore off Wheel was the causes of the Death of the said William
Walker And is of the value of Five shillings And the Property and in
the Possession of
