maketh Oath that on going his Rounds between one & two Yesterday
Morng he discovered the deced Woman in a Prison in the Eaten
of the House No.45 which House is let out in seperate Tenements that she was
sitting on a Wasting Tub or Trough [..] with her Head against the Seal of the Prison Dept questioned
her & then took her to the Watchhouse that he appeared weak &
unwell

on his Oath says
he was Constable of the Night when the deced was brought in by
the but Witness that she appeared very much emaciated
her Cloaths Dirty & Rogged That her [..] was [..] bruised
under each Eye which appeared to have been done some time
she sayed she was tired & could not got go home that appearing
to give an indifferent account of herself & Dept suspecting that
she had taken she Washing Wough which she had with her
when found Dept detained her [..] and sent her by the last with [..] to the Compter in
Giltspur Street

Compter in Gittspur Street maketh Oath that between eleven and
twelve yesterday Morning Dept. received directions to take the deced
from the Compter
to the sitting Aldermans Room Guildhall
That
when she came out of the Lockup Room she appeared Cold & ill
Dept. told he where he was going to take her to she sayed she was
aforesaid She was not able to go the followed Dept. from the Compter
as far as Butcher
Hall Lane in Newgate Street
the appeared very
ill & fell on her Knees from Weakness Dept. lifted her up & took hold
after Arm she went a fear halls further & then fell again Dept left
her there & went for a Coast as & in a fear Minutes returned to her
that she [..] appeared to be dying & in a few Minutes after
expired
