maketh Oath & saith that yesterday
afternoon a little before five he & the deced who was footman
to Mr. Narroway left Mr. Narroways Counting house on the
top of Mr. Narroways Wharf
near Earl Street Blackfriars
& went down to the end of the Wharf near the WatersieDept
left the deced standing on the Wharf & went on some Timber
that lay in the Water [..] at the end of the Wharfthat
one William Birchmore< no role >
was standing near the deced that while
Dept. was on the timber Blackmore halloed out & sayed
Master [..] I Fancy I am (mary the deced) is over board
Dept. heard a Splashing in the water near some Craft that
lay at Mr. Heddingtons to loaf adjoining Mr. NYaroways
Dept. immediately went there & saw the deceds head just
above the Waterthat soon after the deced such under the
WaterThat in about twenty Minutes after the deced & appeared quite dead
was taken out of the Water near the Place & was taken to
the public house where he now lied
