aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged
to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

not being of sound mind memory and understanding but lunatic and distracted on the
twenty third day of September in the year aforesaid one end of a certain Cord of no value
unto and about a certain beam in a certain shop belonging to one

there situate and the other end of the said
piece of Cord round and about his own neck did then and there fix tye and fasten
by means whereof the said

did then and there hang strangle and
suffocate himself of which said hanging strangling and suffocation the said Robert
Whitmay did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid
do say that the said

but lunatic and distracted did hang and Kill himself In Witness whereof as well
the said Coroner as the said

the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf
of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition set
