Deposition of a Witness taken at London
that is to say at the Parish of Saint Bridget
otherwise Bride in the Ward of Farringdon
without in London aforesaid this 26th day
of January 1795 on view of the Body of
William Green< no role > now here Lying Dead

Spencer John [..] Warcup Draper a Prisoner for Debt in His
Majesty's Prison of the Fleet maketh Oath that he hath known the
deced William Green< no role > about fifteen Months that he was also a Prisoner
for Debt in the said prison-that the deced has been afflicted with
a Cough for fourteen or fifteen Years at dept. understood that about a Month back he was
taken much worse with the Cough and also with the Goul-that he
continued to get worse daily and about Tuesday last Leg of so ill
on to keep to his Bed that Leg at much worse from that [..] until saturday
afternoon when he departed this Life-that he was attended by
Dorter Tyms and Mr. Gillespy on Apothecary during his illness
and Dept. has no doubt the aforesaid disorders occasioned the deced
Death.
