An Inquisition Indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at London that is to say at the
parish of Saint Mary at Hill in the Ward of Billingate in London aforesaid on the second day of January in the
thirty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King defender of the faith and so forth Before Thomas Shelton< no role > Gentleman Coroner of our Said Lord the King for
the City of London and Borough of Southwark on view of the Body of a man unknown now here lying dead by
the Oath of Francis Strong< no role > Richard Waddup< no role > John Keene< no role > Charles Lackkington< no role > Stephen Wickham< no role >

William Marwell< no role > and Edward Kemp< no role > good and lawful men of the City of London who being now here
duty chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner
the said man unknown came to his death say upon their Oath that the said man unknown on the
thirty first day of December [..] was said and of which said
sickness and disease the said man unknown on the said thirty first day of December in the
year aforesaid at the parish and Ward aforesaid in London aforesaid of the said sicknefs and disease
did die and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said man unknow
by the visitation of God died a natural Death and by no violent means on method whatever
In Witness where of as well the said Coroner the said Francis Strong< no role > the foreman of the
said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this
Inquisition set their hands and seals the day year and place first above written.
