Newgate
maketh Oath that he hath known the deced
Richard Buckingham< no role >
about six Months past that he was also
a Prisoner
for Debt. in the said Gaol - That the deced appeared
to be in a consumption when he [..] first came to [..] the Gaol
that he continued to waste away daily and to get much aware
that about a fortnight since the deced fell down from extreme
weaknes - since which time he has had several fits and his
senses began to be much impaired - That the deced has kept
to his Bed almost daily from that time - That the deced departed
this Life between Eleven & Twelve OClock Yester day Morning
