Informations of Witnesses taken at the
parish of Saint Mildred in the Poultry
in the Ward of Cheap in London aforesaid
on the 1st day of December 1792 on view of
the Body of William Bull< no role > now here lying
dead

William Cummings< no role > of Queen Street Cheap side London
Surgeon and apothecary who being on oath saith that he hath
attended the deceased who was a Prisoner in the Poultry
Compter for about a weekpassedpast that he had an
Inflamatory Fever attended with an Asthma that
Deponent administered Medicine to him that a day or
two before his death he appeared rather better that on
Yesterday Morning Deponent observed him to be very much
affected in his breath and was very low and had the
fever on him that he died the same day about two
and that thethefever aforesaid was the cause of his
death.
