Information Witnesses taken at the Parish of
Saint Swithin London Stone in the Ward of
Wallbrook on [..] the 22nd. day of July
1789 on view of the body of Eliz. Cole there
laying dead.

William Pascall< no role > of Upper Thames Street No. 128
Wine Cooper maketh oath that last Friday afternoon the deced.
came into Dept. house to be out of the way of the Carriages that were
passing a great many known than usual going that was a account of
their he pass up Fish Street shall being stopped-That sles sayed
talking with Dept. wife some time that presently after she
went not Dept heard the deced scream upon which he ran out of his
house and saw the deced. lying upon her back a the foot pavement
Dept. lifted her up & took her into his shop. says one of her Arms
appeared to have been much hurt.

maketh oath his last Friday Afternoon he was at Mr.
Pascalls the last Witnesses when the deced. went out from thence
says directly after she went out Dept he and her scream upon which
Witnesses Wm. Pascall went out and dept saw Wm. Pascall< no role >
with her having lifted her up. says there were several Cart in the
Street. The Dept went after the Carman whom he understood had
drove the Cart that had hurt the deced and desired him to so back
but he refused. Dept afterwards went to him again & with same
difficulty not him by a back to the deced.
