To the Beadles and Constables of the Parish of Christ Church in the Ward of
Farringdon within London

Southwark }


To Wit, By Virtue of my Office these are in his Majesty's Name to charge and command
you that you Summon and Warn twenty four good and Sufficient Men of Your Parish
personally to be and appear before me on Tuesdaythe fifteenthDay of
July instantat nine of the Clock in the Morning of the same Day
at His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate situate in the Parish and Ward aforesaid

then and there do and execute all such things that shall be given them in Charge and
to inquire on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King touching the death of
Michael Kendrick< no role > and for you so doing this shall be your Warrant and that
you attend at the time and place abovementioned to make are turn of the Names
of those whom you have so summoned and further to do and execute all such
things that shall be enjoined you and have you on then there this Warrant
Given under my Hand and Seal this thirteenth Day of July 1789
