An Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at London that is to say, at the Parish
of Saint Botolph without Billingsgate
in the Ward of Billingate in London aforesaid on the twenty fifth day of November in
the twenty ninth year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the third
by the Grace f God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King Defender of the Faith Etc: before

here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

came to his death say upon their oath that the said

then lately before accidentally casually and by misfortune
fell in to the River Thames
and in and will the Waters of the said River was suffocated and drowned Of which said suffocation and
drowing he the was

did then lately before die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say the the

accidentally casually and by misfortune was suffocated and drowned In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner
as the said William Blame the foreman of the said Jurorson behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows in their presence have
to this Inquisition set their hands and seals the day year and place first above written.
