times hereafter fully andclearly acquit
exonerate and discharge orotherwise well and
sufficiently save and keepharmless and
indemnify as well the above named Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Dionis
Backchurch, and their Successors for the time being as also all
other the Inhabitants and Parishioners of the same Parish for
the time being and every of them of and from all and all manner
of Expences Damages Costs and Charges whatsoever which
already have been or which shall or may at any time or times
here after be imposed upon, or may happen or come to them any
or either of them by reason or means of the said Jane Ratcliffie< no role >
being with Child as aforesaid, or by reason or means of the Birth
Maintainance Education and bringing up such Child or
Children as the said Jane Ratcliffe< no role > This name instance is in set 4372. now goeth with and shall
be delivered of, and of and from all Actions, suits, troubles,
Charges, damages and demands whatsoever touching or in
any wise concerning the same Then this Obligation to be
void or else to remain in fall force and effect
