I Cite you by Virtue hereof to appear personally before the
Right Worshipful Sir John Cook< no role > , Knt . Doctor of the Laws,
and Dean of the Deanery of the Arches Shorham and
Croydon, or His Lawful Surrogate, or any other competent
Judge in that behalf, in the Parish-Church of St Mary
le Bon in the City- of London on
Thursday the 7th Day of
October 1708 between the Hours of Eight and Twelve
in the Forenoon, then, and there to Exhibit your
Presentments
as by Law you are bound, and
farther to do and receive as to Law and Justices shall appertain.
