Mind Manory and Understanding but Lunatic) Cuthers Th [..]
And now Lees dead in your Parish And have
Proceeded therein according to Law These are Therefore
to Certify that You may lawfully Permit the Body of
the said Susannah Richardson< no role > to be Buried And for
so doing this shall be your Warrant Given under
way Hand and Seal this 7th. day of August 1780
