Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew Hubberd

Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch

and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices, of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Hubberd
London, that Mary Pritchard< no role > Singlewoman
is
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto; unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices; upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of The said Mary Pritchard< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true ; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary Pritchard< no role >
to be in the Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
and that thirtherto she ought by Law to be sent.

these are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Andrew Hubbard
London; forthwith to remove and convey the said Mary
Pritchard
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Dionis Backchurch
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there; or to some of one of them, together with this
our Order who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals; this 31st Day of January One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty five .
