London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Ann
in Black Frars

did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto; unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices; upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of The said

as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true ; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said
Sarah Ryder< no role >
to be in the Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
in the said City
and that thirtherto she ought by Law to be sent.
these are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Ann Black Friars
London; forthwith to remove and convey the said Sarah Ryder< no role >
and also Eleanor Harrington< no role >
her Daughter
aged about one month, for
the sake of Nurse [..] only (she having a legal settlement in the said parish of St.

from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Dionis Backchurch
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there; or to some of one of them, together with this
our Order who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals; this 28th Day of December One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty four.
