To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
George, in the County of Middlesex ; and to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Dionis Back
Church in Lime Street in theCounty of City of London

Whereas, Complaint hath been made unto us, two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of
Middlesex ( one whereof being of the Quorum), by the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of SAINT
GEORGE , that
Mary Warren< no role > Singlewoman
lately intruded and came into the said Parish of SAINT GEORGE,
and became chargeable to the same. We, the said Justices,
upon Examination of the Premises, upon Oath, and other Cir-
cumstances, do adjudge the same to be true, and do also adjudge
the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Mary Warren< no role > Singleworman
to be in the said
parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch in Lime Street
in the said City of London
These are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to require you, the
said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of SAINT GEORGE, on sight hereof, to remove and convey the
said Mary Warren< no role > Singlewoman
from and out of your said Parish of SAINT GEORGE, to the said
Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch in Lime Street
and her to deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor there,or to some or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof; who are to receive
and provide for her according to Law.
Given under our Hands and Seals, the, 19th
Day of July in the Year of our Lord One
Thousand Eight Hundred and seventeen
