To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Hamlett of Milend Old Town
in the Parish of Stepney in the said County and
to all others who in these may Concern

Whereas Complaint hath been made into
unto us whose Hands and Seals are hereunto
Sett two of his Mati Justices of the Peace for the said
County (Quord nunc) Inhabiting in or wear the said
Hamlett That Jacob Novacro< no role > and Susanna his< no role >
Wife , and three Children Vizt: Judah< no role > aged about five
Years and a Quarter of a Years, Joshua< no role > aged about
two Years and a Quarter of a Year, and Anne
Novarro
< no role > aged about Three months the lawfull Issue
of the said Jacob Novarro by the said Susanna his
Wife did lately Came into the said Hamlett Endea-
vouring to Settle themselves there Contrary to Law
and Whereas it appeareth unto us the said Justice
that the said Jacob Novarro< no role > is run away and that no
Legall Settlemt. of his can be found, and that his said
wife and Children and Actually become Chargeable
to the said Hamlett and it also appeareth unto
us upon Oath that the said Susanna< no role > wife of the said
Jacob Novarro< no role > was last Legally settled in the Parish
of St. Dionis Backchurch in the City of London
which Place Wee do adjudge to be the Legall Settle
-ment of the said Susanna Novarro< no role > wife of the said
Jacob Novarro< no role > and her said three Children

These are therefore in his Matr. Name
to will and Require You or some or One for you
forthwith on sight hereof to Remove and Convey the
said Susannah< no role > Wife of the said Jacob Novarro< no role >
and Judah Joshua and Anne Novarro her said
Three Children from and out of the said Hamlett
of milend Old Town to the Parish of St. Dionis
Back Church in the City of London aforesaid and
them there become with the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor or some or One of them who
are hereby Required them to Receive and provide
for according to Long Here of Fail not at Your
Pill. Given under Our Hands and Seals
