Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx & and
City and Libty of Westmr. in the said County (Quorn nuns)
by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Mary [..] le Shand in the said
Libty that George west< no role > is lately come into the said
parish and endeavouring to settle there contrary to
Lawand it appeaseth and us the said [..] [..]
and wee do adjudgethat the said George West< no role > is
likely to become chargeable to the said parish And
whereas upon Examinacon of the said George
West taken before us upon Oath it farther appeareth
unto us and wee do adjudge that the parish of
St. Dionis Back Church London is the place of
the last legall Settlemt: of the said George West< no role >
And Do therefore in His maties name, charge and
comand the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of St. Mary le Sa [..] be
Shand forthwth: to remove and convey the saw
George West< no role > from the said Parish of St. [..]
[..] Mary le Shrand to the said Parish of St. Dionis
Back Church London and deliver him to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there or
to some or one of them who are hereby required
to receive him into their Care and to Pvide for
him according to Law Given under Our hands
& Seals the 20th Day of February Anns Dom 1719

To the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the respective Parishes of St. Mary [..]
to Shrand in the Libty of Westmr: in the County of
Midd and St. Dionis Back Church London
And to all other Officers whom it may Concern
