the peace for this City and libties thereof (quor nuns) by you the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St.
Leonanrd in East Cheape
London that one

Parish without giving notice in writing attending 10 Law and
is likely to become chargeable thereto unless timely removed
and for as much as it appeareth unto us the said Justices
by the Oath of the said Mary Fair brother this day taken
before Us that abouts Six or seven years since her said husband
was an Apprentice to one Mr.

with whom he served
the latter part of his Apprenticeship
and no Subsequent to
Settlement to Us apprearing We the said Justices do
therefore adjudge the said Parish of St. Dionis Back

hereof to convey and pass away from and out of your

her deliver to the Church wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch

who are hereby required to receive and provide to her
attending to Law given under our hands and Seales
