Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of her
Majties. Justices of the peace of the Said County (Quord nuns) by
you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Beremond Sey in the County aforesaid that Ann durd< no role > lately
came to inhabit in the said Parish endeavouring to Settle
herself there Contrary to Law And that the is [..] likely to
become Chargeable to the Said Parish and whereas upon
Examinacon touching the prnisses taken before at upon Oath
we the Said Justices do adjudge that the Said Ann Durd is
now likely to become Chargeable to the said Parish and
that the Parish of St Dionis Backchurch in the City
of London is the Place of her last legal Settlement &

There are therefore in her Majtices name to require you
the Said Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Said
Parish of Bermondsey to remove the Said Ann Durd form the
Said Parish of Bermondsey to the said Parish of St. Dionis
Backchurch and her to deliver to the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poor there who are hereby required
receive and provide for her According to Law Given under
our hands and Seales the fourteenth day of December
Anns Dui 1709

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Bermondsey in the County of Surry
and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch in the City
of London and to every of them
