Whereas Complaint hath this day been made
unto us two of her Majesties Justices of ye peace
(Quar nuns) by you the Church Wardens and
Overseers of ye poor of ye Pish of St. Dionys
Backchurch London that MaryLucy< no role > loge there
with Inham her sonare lately come
into your said Parish with intent to reside
therein and are likely to be come chargeable
into unless timely presented And forasmuch
as it appears unto us upon the Examination of
William Ingram< no role > on Oath that upon his enquiry
Mr. Whitehead late Landord to William Lucy< no role >
the said MaryLucys< no role > husband [..]
told him that the said William Lucy< no role > look an house
of him the Paid Mr. Whitehead upwards of thirteen
Pounds & anned in the Pish of St. Margarets
Westminster in the County of Middx and lived
therein where appears to us to be the place
of her the said MaryLucys< no role > and Childs place
of legall Settlement

These are therefore in her Majesties Name to
require you the Church Wardens and Overseers
of yr Poor of yr Pish of St Dionys, Backchurch
aforesaid to convey the said Mary Lucy together
with Julian her forto the Churchwardens said
Overseers of the poor of the Pish of St
Margarets Westminster aforesaid and them there
with them leave who are hereby required to
receive and provide for then according to Law.
Hereof Said not and this Shall be Yor Warrnt
Daled and given undr. our hand & and Seals
this 17th [..] day of April 1708

To the Church wardens & Overseers
of Yr poor of yr Pish & Mr. Dionys Backchurch
