that a Female Bastard Child
Aged Seven Months or thereabouts was left in the Said Parish
by the Mother of the Said Child who is gone away and that

require you the Officers of St. Botolph Aldergate
Some or One of
you to take passe & convey away the Said Bastard Child to the
Parish of St. Dennis Backworth
and there deliver her to the
Churchwarden
and Overseeer of the Poor
of the said Parish or to
one of Them who are hereby likewise in her Majestice Name
required to receive and provide for her according to law & hereof
you nor any of you are to faile riben Under our hand or & Seale
