but some doubt arising Whether the Estimate was
compleat, Mr. Wilkinson was desired to have
another Estimate prepared by a proper Person and
to lay it before the next Vestry.

The Minutes of the preceding Vestry (6th. Sept)
were Confirmed and this Vestry adjourned until
another notice

Read and Confirmed.

Philpot Lane< no role >

Mr. Church Warden Wilkinson acquainted the
Gentlemen present that the Lease of the House in
Philpot lane heretofore of Mr. Theed and late in the
occupation of Mrs. Armstrong would expire at Lady
day, and that this Vestry was called to consider of
Leting the Same.

It was Moved by Mr. Ayres that a Committee
be appointed to Let the Premises upon Lease for
Twenty one, and being Seconded the Question
was put and Carried in the Affirmative

Ordered That the Church Warden and Overseers
of the Poor be the Committee for the purpose aforesaid.

Maintenance of
Poor

Mr. Church Warden Wilkinson acquainted the Vestry
that a Petition to the House of Commons had been
drawn up praying, that the Poor's Bill now depending
might not pass into a Law, and had been signd among
others, by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of this Parish
