Mr. Church Warden Woodmass acquainted the
Gentlemen present that the occasion of this Meeting
was for the Choice of Ward Officers for the year ensuing.

Constables
Inquest men

And Mr. William Edwards< no role > , and Mr. Patrick
Baxter
< no role > being the Two First in Nomination were
severally put up to serve the Offices of Constable and
Inquest Man for the year ensuing and Chose.

Common
Council men

Then Mr. Geo: Maynard< no role > , Mr. Peter Pope< no role > , Mr. William
Lem and Mr. Edward Tutet< no role > were severally nominated
for Common Council Men. But it being alledged that as
Mr. Tutet had not served the Offices of Constable and
Inquest Man, he would in case he should be Elected of
the Common Council, be not Eligible for the said Offices
at any time hereafter; Upon which Mr. Tutet stood up
