would join as
Sureties with the said John Lord< no role >
for the performance of
the Covenants in a new Lease, and desired the said
Letter might be read. And the Letter was read accordingly
Then Mr. Henry Newton< no role >
moved that a Committee
be appointed to treat and agree with the said John Lord< no role >
upon his said Proposals for a new Lease, for any term or
number of Years not exceeding twenty one Years And being
Seconded it was carried in the Affirmative and thereupon
after some Debate It was Ordered That the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor
for the time being or any two of
them with either of the Church Wardens be a Committee
for that purpose, and be hereby empower'd to treat and
agree with the said John Lord< no role >
upon his said Proposals.

present that this Meeting was summoned for the
Choice of Ward Officers for the Year ensuing.

and Chose.

said Offices for One Year, and being Seconded the
Question was put on the said Motion and carried in
